Velocity Dance Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

By booking a shoot with Velocity Dance Studio, the Client agrees to the following:

1. Services

The Studio provides short-form video content creation for social media, including creative direction, studio filming, and editing. Deliverables are based on the package selected.

2. Booking & Payment

    •    A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a shoot date.

    •    The remaining balance is due on or before the day of filming.

    •    Filming will not take place without payment received.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

    •    One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.

    •    Reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice result in loss of deposit.

    •    No-shows forfeit all payments.

    Weather/Ilness

4. Creative Direction

The Studio maintains creative direction during filming to ensure quality and efficiency. Client preferences are discussed in advance.

5. Revisions

One round of minor revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur an additional fee.

6. Turnaround Time

Edited content will be delivered within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

7. Usage Rights

Clients may use delivered content for organic social media marketing. Paid ads, resale, or commercial licensing require written approval.

The Studio may use content for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes.

8. Studio Policies

    •    Filming is limited to the scheduled time.

    •    Late arrival may reduce filming time without refund.

    •    Respectful conduct is required at all times.
